2. Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, enquiry subject, message, language and submission time. For security, we also process a one-way hash derived from the connection address; we do not store the original IP address in the enquiries database.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to answer enquiries, provide requested flight assistance, handle partnership messages, prevent abuse and maintain the security of the service. We do not use contact-form details for unrelated marketing without separate permission.
4. Legal basis
We process contact-form information with your consent and, where applicable, to take steps at your request before providing a service. Security and abuse-prevention records are processed for our legitimate interest in protecting the website and its users.
5. Service providers and international processing
We use hosting, database, email-delivery and technical service providers to operate the website. The website runs on an OVH VPS in the United States. Notifications are sent through Resend to our Google Gmail mailbox. Cloudflare Turnstile protects review submissions. Flight search is provided by Travelpayouts/Aviasales, whose embedded forms may process connection and search data under their own policies. Encrypted backups may be stored on Google Drive once connected. Providers may process data in countries outside your place of residence, subject to applicable safeguards.
6. Retention
Enquiries stored by BelMar Flights are kept for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is required to handle an active request, resolve a dispute or comply with law. Older records are deleted automatically during normal form operation. Email copies may remain in our business mailbox under its retention settings.
7. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the website, advisers or authorities where legally required, and travel partners only when this is necessary for your request and you have been informed.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Contact romcom869@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed lawfully.
9. Children
The website is not intended to collect personal information directly from children. A parent or legal guardian should contact us on behalf of anyone under the age required to provide valid consent in their country.
10. Security
We use server-side validation, access controls, rate limits, spam traps and data minimisation. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

The website may link to airlines, travel partners and other independent services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. BelMar Flights is an independent service and is not an airline’s official website.

We may update this policy when the website, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will always appear on this page.
Airline ratings and reviews
We store the name, email, rating, optional review text, country and travel month, consent submitted with the form, email-verification status and moderation decisions. Approved names, ratings and review text may be public; emails and verification tokens are never public. Verification emails are sent through Resend when configured. We use a first-party device cookie and hashed IP and email identifiers to limit duplicate or abusive submissions. A verified email does not prove that a person took the flight.
